I have a 30 day refund policy for any hardware or structural damage. I stand behind my quality while also acknowledging that these are handmade objects with imperfect elements.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions and Qualifications

My pieces are often one of a kind and can't be remade. In the case of damaged goods, I will attempt to give you an equivalent valued item or store credit.
